To fulfill one of the 3 Visions of Altertox (MAKE people BETTER scientists in the lab), in 2019, we have organized 7 successful trainings, all across Europe!
46 experts helped us this year to achieve our goal of continuous training with the up-to-date models and methods REPLACING animal testing, in the 3Rs context.
Hands-on trainings improve skills for a specific method, show each method’s limitations, and provide the capacity to challenge the tests and interpret data.
Topics such as PBPK modelling, in silico models for cosmetics, GIVIMP, cardiotoxicity or in vitro lung models were covered.
